1631: Windy River Fort, looking NE from the river bluff. 1633: Looking NW over a tundra pond (Stump Lake) from a knoll near Windy River. 'Pile o' Rocks' on horizon toward right. Date in Field Notes is 8/31/47.] 1634: Two tracks of Barren Ground Caribou, each 4 in. long, 4 1/2 in. wide, pointing to the left, in mud near a tundra ford. 1635: Two tracks of Barren Ground Caribou, each 4 in. long, 4 1/2 in.
