The slides in box 4 depict the Borgen family in what is assumed to be their home and at outdoor gatherings. These images include Christmas pictures, a wedding and pictures of kids sledding, swimming and hula hooping. One set of slides were labeled “Pin Party Pt. 1” but the slides show people in lawn chairs with a black puppy. Dates on slides include August 1960, July 1966, March 1968, August 1968 and July 1972.

The slides in box 5 are pictures taken outside of the home, socializing, swimming, or visiting family in Duluth, Minnesota. The names from labeled slide boxes include Canasta; Duluth; Pine Acres, Duluth, Aut. V and RI (though autumn pictures do not seem to be included) and Elks Club Convention August 1975. Two other sets of slides are dated July 1966 and November 1968. This box includes some glass slides.
