Black and white photos in the album depict the Clarke family and others, as well as houses, ships, automobiles, ostriches, and cats. One photo is labeled "205 Main St. N. Lawrence, KS [19]08 Flood," in which people are surrounded by water with no streets visible. The other dated photo is of a lighthouse labeled, "Egmont Light, Egmont Key, FL, Copyright by Birdie Baxter Clarke, Aug. 21, 1911."

The few labeled photographs in the album mention Egmont Key, St. Petersburg, and Dade, Florida; Edwardsville, Illinois; and Lawrence, Kansas.

A few portions of Comstock poetry are included, along with some news clippings, including one announcing the death of the Clarkes' oldest child, Paul Everett, due to meningitis, at the age of 13.
