This folder was previously located at RH MS P674. It contains three Christmas cards dated December 1938, 1942, and 1946, one of which is addressed to “Dear Ida and Arte”; a reprinted news account, Honolulu Star-Bulletin, of a radio broadcast of a Comstock poetry reading; and a news clipping entitled "Comstock Poems in Third Printing" from the Honolulu Advertiser.

This folder contains four mounted black and white photographs. They include two studio portraits of Jane and Adna Clarke, each in military uniform; one studio portrait of young Adna Shillman; and one photo of Jane and Adna Clarke in the field with a baby in a carriage, in front of the 20th Kansas Volunteer regiment Chaplain's tent with soldiers visible in the background.

Includes 7 black and white photographs and 2 postcards. The candid, outdoor photographs are labeled on the back and depict the Clarke children, grandchildren, and their friends.

The two postcards show Adna Clarke in military uniform, one of which shows him on the deck of a ship with others. They are dated 1908 and 1910 and addressed to Adna's mother, Ellen A. Clarke, in Bronson, Kansas.

Scope and Contents Black and white photos in the album depict the Clarke family and others, as well as houses, ships, automobiles, ostriches, and cats. One photo is labeled "205 Main St. N. Lawrence, KS [19]08 Flood," in which people are surrounded by water with no streets visible.
