The red, black, and gold decorated front cover, on which is written “Scrap Album,” and brown deteriorating pages from the album have been preserved in a folder.

The scrapbook includes newspaper clippings involving friends and family; programs from musical and theatrical events; and calling cards of various people. The last pages reference Bessie’s imminent marriage to Daniel Read Anthony Jr.

On the back cover of the album is an intricate pencil drawing of a seated woman, presumably done by Bessie’s artist sister, Eleanor "Lollie" Havens.
