Mary Butts research located at MS 354

The Mary Butts research subsection is organized by type of material. The first section is correspondence with scholars and family of Mary Butts who gave Irby access to materials. The second section is photocopies of that material and Butts's published works. The photocopies are loosely grouped into manuscripts of poetry, published books, short stories, and reviews, both written by Butts and reviews of her work.

Most dates are based on the writing or publication of the material. Occasionally Irby has penciled in the time and place of photocopying, and those dates are included if present.
