William III and II (1650-1702), king of England, Scotland, and Ireland, and prince of Orange, and Mary II (1662-1694), queen of England, Scotland and Ireland. Appointment of David Simond gentleman to Lieutenant of that company of which Captain James of St. Auban is Captain in the Regiment and commanded by Colonel Peter de la Caillemot. Dated April 8, 1786, Court at Hampton Courte. Manuscript, ink on parchment, with traces of red wax seal. 1 piece, leaf 25 x 36 cm (writing on 1 page).
