Personal papers of Richard L. Grider
Overview
Grider taught Mining Engineering in the School of Engineering at the University of Kansas from 1915-1944. This collection consists of two manuscripts, a composition notebook, accounting books, a geology notebook, papers, as well as the lab notes of Lewis B. Smith.

Biography of Richard L. Grider
Grider received his E.M. from the Colorado School of Mines in 1905. He joined the faculty of the University of Kansas in 1915 and retired in 1944.
