Biography of James O. Maloney
Maloney received his B.S. from Illinois in 1936 and his M.S. in 1939 and Ph.D. in 1941, both from Penn State. He joined the faculty of the University of Kansas in 1946 as a Professor of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering and as the Director of the Research Foundation. He retired in 1985.
