The collection contains detailed drawings of the construction of Lawrence Memorial Hospital (LMH) and its renovations done by a number of different architecture firms throughout the course of the building's history. Additionally, there is some information related to the then-possible takeover of LMH by Columbia/Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) in 1996.
