This collection consists of materials related to Clenece Hills' teaching career, as well as her interests and activities in the Lawrence, Kansas community. The collection also includes family and genealogical information, information from when her husband James was faculty adviser to the Haskell Indian Nations University student newspaper, and information from Mildred Seaman.

The Gilchrist Family Collection includes memorabilia from the descendants of Mary Catherine Dunn and Andrew Bryson Gilchrist who settled in Harvey County, Kansas, in the 1880's. This collection includes photographs, newspaper clippings, letters, family trees, family directories, and e-mail correspondences from numerous members of the Andrew Bryson Gilchrist Family.

This collection consists of correspondence from Robert C. McClymonds, Jr. to his parents Robert C. and Beulah McClymonds while working in Asia. The collection also contains financial and legal documents related to the Dr. R. C. and Beulah McClymonds farm estate and information kept by Dr. McClymonds regarding his medical practice.
