Composite volume containing 1 manuscript tract (trial for sedition of Joseph Gerrald (1763-1796), a political reformer of Irish West Indian descent) and 7 separately printed pamphlets (occasional verse, politics, economics, philosophy, religion, science, first voyage of the Great Western steamship). Many of the items pertain to Bath, England.

Edward McKernan, Jr., was an Emporia, Kansas community leader and President of Bluestem Broadcasting, Inc. This collection consists largely of photographs, scripts, contracts, and audio reels from the KVOE radio station of Emporia, Kansas. Also included in the collection are materials relating more broadly to radio and television broadcasting, as well as various personal papers and photographs belonging to McKernan.
Edward Sutherland Beckwith papers

Lincoln, Marjorie Lincoln, and Frances Fischer operated the business.

Elizabeth Murray Raymond papers
Elizabeth Raymond was a Lawrence resident whose grandfather, Joseph M. Raymond, served in the Union Army during the Civil War. This collection contains the elder Raymond's diary entries, personal records, and correspondence with Hila Bennitt, whom he would later marry. Elizabeth Raymond compiled these documents into a narrative about her grandparents' experiences during the war. Copies of that manuscript, "Ohio Volunteer: Joseph Murray Raymond Diaries" are also part of this collection.

Ella Dewey Woart letter to her grandmother
This six-page letter was written in the spring of 1874 from Fort Leavenworth, Kansas by Ella Dewey Woart, daughter of John Woart, post chaplain at the fort. Having arrived at Fort Leavenworth with her parents the previous fall, Ella writes to her grandmother, describing the appearance of the fort, her family's quarters, her father's work, and the inhabitants at the fort and in the nearby town of Leavenworth.
