Berkley collection, this 505-page manuscript volume titled Speeches in Parliament, 1627-1628 [new style 1628-1629] contains (according to the enclosed letter written in 1732 by Henry Richardson, who then owned the manuscript): “Speeches, Arguments & Debates in Parliament, chiefly relating to the famous Petition of Right, by some of the most eminent Men of that Time, Sir Edward Coke, Mr. Selden & many others.”
