Miriam Franklin papers

Native Kansan Miriam Franklin (1894-1992) was a teacher, writer, and world traveler. Her publications include the college textbook Rehearsal, published by Prentice-Hall. This collection of her papers includes correspondence and story manuscripts from Franklin's life, including her time teaching in Guam (1957-1959). It also includes photographs, slides, reel-to-reel and cassette tape recordings.

Morris and Masterson family papers

The collection consists of originals and xeroxes of obituaries, photographs, wedding notices, and other family history materials covering two generations from 1840-1961, and genealogical charts going back to the eighteenth century.
