Lorraine Co-Operative Oil Company records
This collection contains the meeting minutes of the board of directors of the Lorraine Co-Operative Oil Company, as well as some other administrative documentation of the company.
Lou Charno photographs
This collection includes a photoprint series of University of Kansas alumni by Lou Charno, who used a dye transfer process invented in 1869 to produce the images. The photographs were published in an exhibition guide, Gallery of Outstanding Kansans, 1986. The collection also includes 4x6 black and white prints and negatives of several demolished or disintegrating properties around Lawrence, Kansas, taken in 2002.
Louie C. Walbridge Views of Russell, Kansas
This collection contains views of Russell, Kansas taken by Louie C. Walbridge, who came to Russell in 1882 and bought a nearby sheep ranch which he called Profile Ranch. The collection includes views of the main streets of Russell and of various residences. The information included in the inventory list of the photographs was written by a Russell resident in 1954. All glass plates have had corresponding prints made after the collection was received by Spencer Research Library.
Louie Chester Walbridge photographs
This collection contains scenes of Profile Ranch, Russell County and many views of Louie Chester Walbridge's wife and children, taken by him. It includes images of farming, some interior and exterior shots of the family home and other buildings on the ranch, and some images from a Christmas holiday.
Louis and Henry Manners Katzman collection
The Louis and Henry Manners Katzman collection comprises annotated sheet music used by the Katzmans and others to create arrangements of popular music for George Gershwin's radio program "Music By Gershwin" in the early 1930s.

Luce and Swift family correspondence
This collection is composed of letters written between two seafaring families, the Luces and Swifts, in the late 1800s. The letters portray daily life in Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts and highlight life aboard a whaling vessel.
Lucetta Duncan autograph book
This autograph book was apparently assembled during the month of March, 1878. It includes the autographs of Miss Duncan's classmates in the public school of Lawrence, Kansas.
Lucy A. Wight photographs
This collection contains photographs displaying views of Lawrence, Kansas structures, the Kansas River, and river activities. They were taken by Miss Lucy A. Wight, a stenographer, who was living at 1012 Pennsylvania St. with her widowed mother Mrs. Ruth L. Wight in 1900. Lucy's sister Miss Annie I. Wight, a music teacher, was also living at the residence. All glass plate negatives have had corresponding prints made after the collection was received at Spencer Research Library.

Mabel Amrine reminiscences

F. Amrine. There is also a photocopy of Mrs. Amrine's magazine article which also appeared in a Topeka newspaper in 1957.
