Heaton, requesting an augmentation of their salaries. Additionally there is a manuscript receipt acknowledging payment of fees and bond and admitting Thomas Starkie to the Honourable Society [of Lincoln's Inn] in London, signed and sealed by [T.?] Penn, steward of Lincoln's Inn.
