Ronald Johnson holograph books
Two holograph notebooks kept by poet Ronald Johnson containing inscriptions, including poems, artwork, and tipped-in materials by fellow writers and artists. The majority of the inscriptions date from 1963-1967, but there are also inscriptions from the 1970s and even the 1980s in the second notebook, which also includes art and inscriptions that appear to have been collected at the Aspen Institute in the summer of 1967.

Rotolo et alcune memorie
Chronicle of history of the Friuli area, Italy compiled ca. 1511 and continued to 1543. Contents cover period 1490 to 1543, arranged chronologically. Written in northern Italian vernacular in a variety of scripts and by different hands over several decades. Records land and family transactions in villages surrounding Friuli, including: Buin, Coloreto, Amelia, Pavia, Pagna, Nels, Artegna, Pers, Feletto, Udine, Carnia, Codroipo, S. Lorenzo, and Blauso.
Round Robin exercise manuscript led by Samuel R. Delany
This collection contains a chain story led by Samuel R. Delany and written by a number of writers identified by their last names, including Delany, Tannehill, Pedersen, Catalano, Sohl, Kahn, Post, Mitchell, Ing, Harper, Perry, Vanicoff, Novitski, Conner, and McIntyre. The first page of this chain story, titled “The Round Robins”, has an inscription from Delany on the first page reading “Ok, if you say so” and Delany’s signature.
Royal Fisheries Company records
The collection includes correspondence, copies of Parliamentary documents, and records related to stock in and the management of the Royal Fisheries Company, a British joint venture stock company of the late 17th and early 18th centuries, primarily concerned with fishing rights off the coasts of Scotland, Ireland, Greenland, and Newfoundland.

Ruben Menendez papers
This collection consists of photocopied newspaper articles primarily from Winfield, Kansas between 1931 to 1938 relating to Ruben Menendez. Many articles are from the columns "Among Kansas Poets" and "The Observation Tower" written by Menendez, a Cuban who moved to Winfield by 1940. There are also clippings about the history of different community members and regarding events in which the Kansas Authors Club participated.
Ruby family history and photograph
The Ruby family history was written by Margaret Riddick, a descendant of the family. The Ruby family, originally from France, moved to Kansas in the 1860s and finally settled in Great Bend in 1880. The photograph in the collection is of Elnora Frye, also a descendant of the Ruby family, and a public school teacher.
Ruby Rosenberg papers regarding William Allen White
Mrs. Ruby Holland Rosenberg met William Allen White in 1928. At that meeting she was hired to write book reviews and a column, "Peeps at Emporia Gardens," for the Emporia Gazette. This collection contains correspondence with White, photographs of William and Sallie White, and newspaper clippings.

Most of the personal correspondence deals with the period of time he was in the army during the Civil War. Russell Randolph Hays papers
The papers of Russell Randolph Hays, a graduate of the University of Kansas, reflect his wide-ranging careers as a writer, inventor, ceramicist, oilman, farmer, environmentalist, and one-time professional wrestler. Included are his writings as a published author of pulp westerns and science fiction, his many research papers and patents as an inventor of helicopter rotors and hydraulic devices, and his photographs of native plants that he propagated on his Douglas County, Kansas farm.

Ruth Adair Dyer papers
Ruth Adair Dyer received her Law degree from the University of Kansas in 1921. She was a life member of the KU Alumni Association and a member of the Gold Medal Club. She was also a 50-year member of Delta Delta Delta social sorority and a member of Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity. This collection contains photographs, newspaper clippings, sheet music, scrapbooks, journals, legal documents and correspondence.
