George F. Jenks map research projects collection
This collection consists of a wide variety of materials related to map production, generated and collected by George F. Jenks, a professor of geography at the University of Kansas from 1949-1986. The collection also includes publications written by Jenks and other research and teaching materials from his career.

George Marshall collection
The collection consists primarily of photographs taken in and around Garnett, Kansas, during the early 1900s, as well as photographs taken in Colorado and other parts of Kansas. The collection also contains reports from the superintendent of schools in Ottawa, Kansas, to the Board of Education during the years 1931 through 1948.
George Pollock photograph collection
This collection contains photographs of individuals and groups, both candid and posed shots indoors and outdoors, as well as images of a flood and a parade. The glass plates were found by George Pollock on the University of Kansas campus in Lawrence, KS when he was a student there.
George Strachey letter
This collection consists of a single letter by George Strachey, writing from the Foreign Office to "Sir," regarding a Mr. [W.?] Arrowsmith, to whom Strachey had a year previously lent his maps of Russia for a project. Strachey indicates he cannot help the recipient of his letter with his map because he does not yet have his maps back from Arrowsmith.

George Walter Rayhill collection
This collection contains scattered family papers, some of Rayhill's business correspondence, and photographs of the Rayhill family, who migrated from the eastern half of the United States in the late 19th century and lived in Warrensburg, Missouri.
George Washington Carver Papers
Letter written to Mr. Hardwick from George Washington Carver on July 25th, 1924. The collection also includes a modern portrait print of Carver and a fragment of an unidentified second letter. The items are housed within a decorative case from a previous repository, the Copley Library in La Jolla, California.
George Washington Robnett papers
George W. Robnett (1890-1975) was an author and advertising executive, and co-founder and executive secretary of the National Laymen's Council, Church League of America (1937-1956). In 1960 he founded the Institute for Special Research. He was publisher of NEWS AND VIEWS. After retiring, Robnett concentrated his efforts on the Middle-East conflict and made three trips to the area. This collection includes Robnett's files containing correspondence and ephemera.
George Watters papers
Collection includes a prison autograph album and correspondence from Irish nationalist and prisoner, George Watters, who was with the Waterford Irish Republican Army (IRA). There are a few other related papers in the collection as well, including a blank petition for Watters' release.
George Wetterhold business letters
George Wetterhold was owner of the George Wetterhold Mattress Factory in Wichita, Kansas from about 1902 until the 1920s. These seven letters to Wetterhold regarding purchases from his factory are from businesses in Kansas and Oklahoma, written from 1909 to 1914.

German Lutherans in Block, Kansas photograph collection
This collection includes photographs of German Lutherans in Block, Kansas, located near Paola, Miami County. Images consist of family portraits, including wedding and confirmation portraits; Trinity Lutheran Church; Paola and Kansas City, Missouri; and vacation snapshots. Many of the subjects of the portraits are identified. Image formats include tintypes, cartes de visite, cabinet cards, postcards, and prints on paper.

Gertrude Leona Sailors' Daughters of the American Revolution records
Gertrude Von Stiers letters
This letter, written by ninety-three-year-old Lucas, Kansas resident Gertrude Von Stiers, is a memoir of her Mudge family's emigration from Iowa to Furnas County, Nebraska in 1879. She details their experiences as sodbusters, living in a dugout, and includes her recollections of Rayville residents in nearby Norton County, Kansas. Included is an accompanying letter from her married daughter Louise, recounting her own memories of Furnas County, Rayville, and of Rodenbaugh family members.
Gervais F. Reed papers
This collection includes political and financial correspondence related to the operation and ownership of the Garden City Telegram newspaper of Garden City, Kansas, held by Gervais Reed with Robert B. and L.F. Reed. The collection also contains photographs and newspaper pages from the 1930s through the 1990s.
