Kansas County Election Data surveys
This collection contains survey data from Kansas county elections. Francis Heller compiled information from the offices of the County Clerk, the County Treasurer, the Register of Deeds, the County Attorney, the Probate Judge, the Sheriff, the Coroner, the Superintendent of Public Instruction, the Clerk of the District Court, and the County Commissioners. Data for these offices, for the most part, ranges from 1924 to 1952 and the survey data and information is contained in this collection.

160 page diary written by an anonymous farmer in Winfield, Kansas, Cowley County during the late nineteenth century. The farmer’s entries include activities related to planting, livestock, business exchanges and family life. He includes details of the weather and business costs, as well as social events and names of farm workers, family, and neighbors.
